DISPUTE BOARD CNMA
The Dispute Board is a dispute prevention and resolution mechanism used mainly in long-term contracts, such as infrastructure works, civil construction, public concessions and large business projects.
Why Dispute Board?
The Dispute Board (DB) is an independent committee made up of one or more experts who monitor the execution of a contract from the beginning and intervene whenever an impasse arises between the parties. This committee acts as a technical mediator, analyzing contractual issues and proposing solutions before the conflict escalates.
